Perry is a Northern Virginia native who is personally familiar with the different counties and people we serve. He attended Norther Virgnia Community College before transferring to the College of Humanities and Social Sciences at George Mason University to complete his bachelor’s degree in Sociology. After graduation from college in 2013, he got married and spent his professional life working with faith-based community and youth programs in Woodbridge and Annandale, where he developed and deepened his personal desire to advocate and provide for those in difficult situations.
Experience
Perry attended law school at the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University. During this time, Perry continued to work across legal practice areas including guardianships, conservatorships, estate planning and litigation and criminal defense. During law school, Perry also served as a founding member of the GMU Space Law Society, published an article in the Journal of International Commercial Law entitled Cleaning Up the Mess: Incentivizing the Salvage of Orbital Debris, competed in multiple trial advocacy competitions across the country, and mentored younger students. He graduated in 2020 with his Juris Doctor degree with a focus in criminal law.
