Jomar Untalan

Jomar immigrated from the Philippines, attended Holy Cross (Worcester, MA) and graduated cum laude from New England Law in Boston.  He believes that a life well-lived embraces service to others.  Jomar began his legal career as a prosecutor in Plymouth County, MA and later expanded his trial experience by defending healthcare professionals against medical malpractice claims.  He established a solo practice in 2004 and focused on criminal defense and immigration.  Having practiced in the District of Columbia, Massachusetts and Virginia, he brings a balance of trial and appellate experience to Right Path.  In his spare time, Jomar counsels hard-working Americans interested in unionizing, supports Holy Cross alumni events and proudly cheers on his Boston sports teams.
